How We Used Shopicks to Help us Get on the Kayla Itsines BBG Bandwagon

You’ve heard of Kayla Istines, she’s everywhere, and it seems like everyone is now a #bbg girl. But what does that mean? How do we really get that bikini body?

We are inspired by all her clients before and after pictures, so we’re jumping on it, just in time to get fit for the holidays.

1.Buy her guide. Because.. the rest of this won’t mean anything to you.

2. Invest in a good water bottle. We’re obsessed with S’well these days. It keeps you water cold for literally 12+ hours. We’re talking cold, take me to the beach cold.

3. Get some workout gear

 

 

 

4. Get your equipment ready. We’re talking dumbbells, jump rope, and a heart rate monitor!

5. You’ll be sore. So you’ll need some of these.

6. Set milestones. We suggest doing it by the month.

7. Take that before picture. As much as you’re dreading it, it’ll help you get started.

8. Get on Instagram and start following #bbg girls that have been in it a while. It’ll give you an extra motivation. Some of our favorites are: @mysweatlife, @Kins3.0, @fitinthe6@hollylambert, and more!

9. Reward yourself. After completing each milestone, we like to reward ourself with a new bathing suit or new workout gear.

10. Be accountable. Find another BBG friend, or join your local BBG community! It will help keep you going, especially on those days you don’t want to get out of bed.
